Michael joined UPS in 1992 as a technician, and after two years of service, joined the management team, where he has held various assignments over the last 24 years. Michael’s practical knowledge of UPS’s ground fleet, combined with his formal business training, has helped him to advance UPS’s unique role as an alternative fuel innovator with governments and stakeholders in the United States and internationally. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
